Who we are

Information you give us

When you send us a project inquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, town, project type, budget range (optional) and message. We use it only to respond to you, prepare estimates and manage your project. We do not sell it.

If you choose to attach files (plans, drawings or photos), we use them only to understand and price your project, and we do not share them outside our team and the service providers below.

The form is delivered to our email through Google Workspace. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and delete them on request unless we must keep them (for example, for a contract).

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use tools that collect information about how the site is used:

• Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) records pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use it to understand which pages are helpful.
• Google Ads conversion tracking records when someone who clicked one of our ads contacts us (submits the form or taps the phone or email link), so we can tell which ads work.
• Ad click details: if you arrive from an ad, the link can contain a click ID (gclid) and campaign tags (utm_…). We keep these in your browser for the visit and include them with a form submission, so we can match an inquiry to the ad that led to it.

These tools use cookies or similar browser storage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. You can control personalized ads at Google Ad Settings.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business (such as Google for analytics, advertising measurement and email, and our website host), when required by law, or with your permission. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.

Your choices and New Jersey privacy rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop using it for targeted advertising. Email omar@omarconstruction.com with your request. We will respond within 45 days and won't treat you differently for making a request. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; you may also contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and form submissions are sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning construction projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
